Ohio Lawmakers Agree to Fund $1.2B in Construction Projects

State lawmakers on Thursday, June 11 gave final approval to sweeping legislation that provides $1.2 billion for construction projects, as well as $350 million worth of federal coronavirus aid to local governments.
The $1.2 billion in re-appropriations money includes hundreds of millions of dollars for previously approved construction projects for colleges and universities.
The Ohio House passed the legislation Thursday, a day after the Senate voted in favor of it.
