Payroll Administrator
Donley’s Cleveland office is seeing a Payroll Administrator who will complete payroll functions for Northeast Ohio entities, including payroll preparation, processing and distribution. Responsibilities • All Payroll processing including entering and/or supervision of daily time reporting for all hourly and salary time. Accountable to HR and Finance Department • Complies with federal, state, and local agencies • Pay weekly & bi-weekly payroll taxes for OH, PA and post to General Ledger
• Manage PTO/UTO system including updating PTO/UTO information in computer systems, receiving, processing and/or responding to requests for PTO/UTO • Completion and timely filing of monthly union reports • Maintain union labor rates and coordinates rates with estimating for future projects • Coordinate periodic union audits
• At least 5 years of payroll experience, including union payroll, preferably with management of multiple payroll systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Vice President of Water Resource Business Development
To lead the day to day management of the company’s sales pipeline and relationship development with consulting engineers and owners within the company’s Water Resource market. Specific emphasis will be put on the education, advocacy and pursuit of alternative delivery water/wastewater projects.
Will support the development and submission of proposals with emphasis on comprehensiveness and win strategy. Will work with operations staff on the training and preparation for interviews and doer/seller activities. Will work closely with the Vice President of Corporate Development and Water Resources Operations leadership in the execution of business development activities as well as the creation and execution of the market channel’s annual business plan.
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with team members at all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top-level business management and facilitation skills. Must possess and demonstrate media savvy in working with both general print and broadcast media. Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows- based computer applications.
