Project Manager - Fence Division
Responsible for all jobsite daily activities including but not limited to: Buyout materials and subcontract services; Prepare and process product and price submittals, requests for information (RFIs), change order requests and project close out documents with Project Engineer; Coordinate with the Job Foreman for the timely delivery of materials; Prepare and update project schedules, check accuracy of topographies; Administer all drawing and specification updates; Monitor As-Built documentation for the field personnel; Manage the process of subcontracts and purchase orders.
Manage procuring all permits, schedule third party inspections and OUPS calls; Attend weekly project meetings; Continue to grow company’s relationships with customers; Work with Estimating during bid and negotiations; Work with Accounting to prepare monthly pay applications
4-5 years of related experience; 4-year Engineering or Construction Management degree is a plus; Ability to read blue prints and interpret job specifications; Communicate verbally and able to prepare concise but thorough correspondence; Follow verbal and written instructions; Work well with others; Qualified candidate must be organized, punctual, reliable and should be able demonstrate a good work ethic; Good computer skills including Excel, Word, Bluebeam

Assistant Construction Safety Coordinator
Under the direction of Mr. Excavator, Inc.'s Safety Director, the Assistant Construction Safety Coordinator will assist with providing field services and assisting managers, supervisors, and team members with the implementation of company safety and health policies and procedures. They will provide regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, state and local entities and continual improvement of the overall performance of the company.
Three to five years of experience with safety and health experience in construction industry environmental, health and safety operations. Associate or Bachelor Degree in Safety, Environmental and Health or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience. OSHA 30-Hour Construction (preferred). CPR/First Aid/AED certified. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. OSHA Authorized Trainer for Construction 10-Hour and 30-Hour Certification a plus. OSHA 40 Hour Certification for Hazardous Material Clean-Up Operations a plus.

While new to the construction industry, she brings valuable experience from her previous position at Live Nation, a company known for its vibrant and fast-paced environment. Sarah has developed a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Nicolle Gorzki
With over 20 years experience in construction financials, bid negotiations and operations, Nicolle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position as Vice President of Operations for CEA. Aside from her responsibilities as Vice President of Operations, she actively contributes to CEA's HR, Events, and IT departments.
